GIS technology for environmental monitoring

Course Geographical Information Systems (GIS) at the University of Georgia, GIS subsystems, components and environmental monitoring solutions are presented in the presentation. Environmental monitoring projects implemented in Georgia and bachelor’s degree works in The University of Georgia are discussed and reviewed in the presentation. The use cases and perspectives of environmental monitoring GIS technologies are shown.
