Food & Radioactivity: Radioactivity in the diet

This module is designed in order to present the methodology and outcomes on risk assessment of radionuclides in food in the frame of first Armenian Total Diet Study conducted Yerevan (2018-2020). The module includes main procedures for the establishment of the TDS food list, the SOP and sampling plan, details about the culinary treatment, pooling of analytical samples and subsequent sample treatments and exposure assessment.
