Water resources, water quality research methodology

Consistent and competent information on water resources, their types, sources of pollution, quality parameters and research methods is very important for all citizens to ensure that a unique resource such as water is used rationally and protected from anthropogenic pollutants as much as possible. The lecture will discuss water quality control (physical, chemical and biological) parameters as well as the methods used in water analysis. Will be considered classification of water according of various parameters. Should be use EPA and ISO standards to determine difference parameters. There will also be presented sources of natural and anthropogenic pollution.
